This page provides Sign In access to iQcu internet banking. If you are not yet enrolled in internet banking, please click on Register.
To Sign In, enter your User ID, and click Continue. You will then be taken to a page asking for your password. Your password must use alphanumeric characters (i.e. letters or numbers) and your password is case sensitive. Also, your password cannot contain leading or trailing spaces.
The page requesting your password will also show you your personalized image and text. We are changing the way you sign in to internet banking to better safeguard the privacy and security of your personal information. Previously, you signed in to internet banking using your User ID and Password. From now on, you'll also be using your personalized image. Here's how the new service will work:
- Step 1: You will enter your User ID and click the Sign In button.
- Step 2: On the next page, your personalized image will then be displayed. If you recognize your personalized image, you'll know that you can safely enter your Password. If you don't recognize your personalized image, don't enter your Password.
- Step 3: Click on the "Sign In" button to proceed. You will then be logged into internet banking.
Your personalized image helps you know for sure that you are at the valid iQcu site.
Note: Your internet banking password ensures that only you can access your confidential information. Please remember your password and keep it secure.
For your security, iQcu internet banking will automatically end your session if there has been no activity for 20 minutes. You will receive a time-out warning pop-up message 2 minutes before the session is automatically ended. You have the opportunity to click "Ok" upon receiving the message to proceed with your internet banking activity. Clicking "Ok" refreshes the system for another 20-minute cycle. The online service is designed this way to provide you with maximum security in case you forget to log out.
